Registration & Attendance

OncoViews is a registered trademark and an initiative of PEAK Medicals GmbH based in Thalwil, Zurich. References to “we“, “our“ or “organizer(s)” mean PEAK Medicals GmbH. All OncoViews events or event series, such as webinars, web- and broadcasts, livestreams, interviews or any other platforms for exchange like round-table discussions are only accessible to students of medicine and life sciences, certified healthcare professionals, associated press, industry representatives and other stakeholders in the science, management and prevention of cancer. By registering, you legally confirm that you belong to one of these stakeholders and have read, confirmed and accepted the full Terms of Use of OncoViews. Full online access for non-sponsoring industry representatives using the Industry Pass is granted for a minimum period of 1 year upon registration, and can be extended within the scope of a sponsorship agreement. If registering as a group, each person must complete a separate registration form. All fully paid registrations are transferable to other persons from the same organization, if registered person is unable to attend the event. Transfers must be made by the registered person in writing an email to registration@oncoviews.com with details including the full name of replacement person, title, contact phone number and email address. All other registration details will be assigned to the new person unless otherwise specified. The transferred registrations will not be eligible for refund.

Cancellation Policy

For cancellations, please send an email to registration@oncoviews.com with your full name and affiliation. Cancellations received until 14 days before start of the respective event will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations received less than 14 days before start of an event will result in full fees payment being due.

Neither the organizing committee of the events, hosts, nor event management company is able to give warranty that any particular person will appear as a speaker or panelist. If the event has to be postponed for any reason and you are unable or unwilling to attend on rescheduled dates, you will receive a credit for 100% of the registration fee paid.

Photographs, Audiovisual Material and Streaming

The organizer will – without the further consent of the participants – use and release pictures and videos taken during the event for reports of the event and/or in future marketing materials. By registering to this event, you agree that photographs, audio or video recordings taken during the event that could include recognizable images or voices of you will be posted on channels representing OncoViews, including but not limited to social media, online channels and other digital and printed media and platforms. The organizer reserves the right to use any images and video recordings taken during the event in future marketing materials. Actual use of the recording(s) does not give rise to any claim for compensation.

Press

Press permission must be obtained in written from the organizer prior to the event. Press and media employees will not quote speakers or delegates unless they have obtained their approval in writing. Picture, video and audio recordings may only be made with the written permission of the organizer.

The protection of your data and the observance of your right of informational self-determination with regard to the collection, processing and use of your personal data are important to us. We therefore process your data exclusively on the basis of the legal regulations of the European Union (GDPR).
